Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders will normally be shipped within 24 hours from the time it was placed.  Orders that require special handling, including but not limited to installing of operating system may take up to 48 hours before shipping.  An email including estimated arrival date and tracking number (where available) will be sent when orders have been processed and shipped.

Carriers

EPC Inc. regularly uses the following carriers to deliver our orders:
                USPS
                UPS
                FedEx


Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your products, your location and the type of service requested.   Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. (You will have the chance to not place your order)

Back Orders

EPC will not back order any item(s).  Any item on an order that is unable to be fulfilled will be removed and a refund will be provided if applicable.
